Are you working with purpose?
Purpose means doing something with deliberate intention.
Whether it’s a not-so-great intention, like trying to drive your brother through the french windows because he is a pest, or whether it’s wonderful intention, like setting up a not-for-profit to bring about positive change on other people’s lives.
Finding purpose matters to our health and wellbeing and it’s sometimes pushed to the side by more in the moment needs like having greater flexibility at work.

One thing contributing to your exhaustion that you may have overlooked, and what to do about it
Feeling constantly exhausted appears to be the new normal.
It’s frustrating when you know you’re not as productive as you can be, aren’t thinking as clearly and making some silly mistakes all because you’re fighting this state which is not alleviated by your usual measure of getting more sleep or taking a holiday.
