I’ve sat on both sides of the fence. I have worked as a coach and mentor and also been personally coached and mentored. I am intensely grateful for the support and encouragement I received along the way.

Meet your Coach
Hi, I’m Jenny!
My Dad worked as a vet and held onto the hope that one of his children would follow in his footsteps. While I love animals, I was always much more interested in the idea of helping people stay well. Which is why I trained to become a doctor.
I initially worked as a GP, before training as a Lifestyle Medicine Physician because I had learned how changing behaviours can bring about the most profound and enduring positive transformations in health.
Working with a coach starts by discovering what’s been getting in your way. I love helping people discover what they can do for their own heath and well-being. There is so much that doesn’t depend on medication alone.
Having lived with anxiety and depression for much of my adult life and experiencing burnout I get how our modern way of living can be a huge challenge. I’ve learned the importance of boundaries and letting go of the shackles of perfectionism and constant striving for higher achievement and that will likely always be a work in progress.
