Adult ADHD: Getting a diagnosis and getting the right help

By May 6, 2013June 20th, 2023No Comments

ADD, ADHD or Attention Deficit (Hyperactivity) Disorder are conditions mostly associated with childhood. The reality is that there are many adults in our society who have ADD of ADHD, who have simply never been diagnosed. Their struggle will lie in difficulty holding down a job or completing tasks. They may simply think that that’s “just them” and nothing can be done. Which is not the case.

Seeing a specialist  can help to provide the correct diagnosis and then the most appropriate advice on how best to manage any symptoms or difficulties an individual may be experiencing.

I recently had a chat with Susie Macintosh a leading expert in the management of adult ADHD. You can watch the clip here.
