Purpose means doing something with deliberate intention.

Whether it’s a not-so-great intention, like trying to drive your brother through the french windows because he is a pest, or whether it’s wonderful intention, like setting up a not-for-profit to bring about positive change on other people’s lives.

Finding purpose matters to our health and wellbeing and it’s sometimes pushed to the side by more in the moment needs like having greater flexibility at work.

Working with purpose, provides you with direction, helps you to set and achieve your goals.
