Dr Ellen Weber is a world leading expert in organisational well being and mindfulness. In this article she discusses how we can use our innate curiosity to boost morale in all aspects of our life.

What I love are the comments she makes when talking about using our working memory for curiosity, to create confidence building ideas but how when we feel bored, in a rut or simply exhausted we slip into old habits, our security blanket that involves the basal ganglia.

Weber suggests how if your workplace is struggling under a deluge of overwhelm or stress, you can boost morale by leading curiosity.

What you can add here, is to think about what makes you stop, pause and wonder. What fires you up, makes you want to discover more? Tap into that and how you perceive your world may take a radical shift.
