We might despair about them, feel trapped by them or even delight in them, but there is no escape from our reality that our lives revolve around the habits that we create.

Good, bad or ugly, they enable us to get on with the routine,  what has to be done and free up our conscious mind to attend to the important stuff.

Gotta love our habits (or at least some of them) for making our world a little bit easier to navigate through.
